Added the peek-a-boo link code.

Updated upload_form.php, upload_execute.php to application root.

Tested my upload page and it worked. I had errors with the demo_list_upload file because I forgot I renamed the file and connected it to the records database, after, it worked well.

We want youth to become less self-centered, to be loving and joyful---not the kind of joy you get with comfort, but unconditional love and unconditional joy.

In CORE Seminars, the environment created encourages and helps teens to fully flower into human beings. The full flowering of the human being is nothing but the flowering of the heart.

We are creating aware youth who are world citizens---who care for those around them, who are not concerned only with nationalism or one particular "group".

We need a world were there is respect and compassion, that is diverse, breaking down the boundaries of labels and segregation.

I love to do spring cleaning, clearing out the winter things and freshening up myself and my house. I don't have many tips for the latter, but for freshening up self I have many ideas.

CORE Seminars for Adult and Teens are a great way to clear out old, unsupported belief systems to make ready our hearts and minds for improved belief systems and thought processes that will improve the quality of Life.

Two Wolves

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside all people. He said, 'My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all.

Humility ~ Love ~ Honesty ~ Courage ~ Truth

The Choice Line is one of the many processes at the Adult and Teen seminar. The challenge is to courageously choose how to honor each other by listening to your inner self. The following quote was written by Patrick Alessandra; it spoke to my heart ... this is how The Choice Line feels, before, during and after ~ further creating a respectful and compassionate community.

And as I read his inspiring words I realized the Choice Line process of CORE we create a safe space to explore relating to each other with Humility, Love, Honesty and Courage.

An important element of this practice is to gain awareness of self and others by the challenge presented by the CORE Facilitators is: "Think about this choice, what does your intuition or heart tell you? How will you choose to honor this human being? Stop. Look. Now make your choice..."

"Humility is an actual intuitive energy that is a part of the energy of Love which is above all other energies as far as we are concerned.

Humility is energy of the heart and relates one to the heart of the Universe.

Honesty is energy of a clear Mind. The energy of honesty allows one to cultivate right telepathic ability.

The Ideal World

Gail & Jessie (only her shoulder is showing!) are lecturing at the CORE Seminars for Teens, Everett Event Center in August 2008.

In this interactive brain twister, the teens are asked, "What does YOUR ideal world look like?" We work on a list that ranges from crazy marmalade skies to no divorce, purple grass to world peace, of course, from no schools to clique-free/discrimination-free schools, no homework/no bullying to a violence-free world and no parents/no rules to being respectful and compassionate. This list is worked on by every participant and is then condensed to what we all can achieve today, in the seminar room.

Gail & Jessie challenge them to create the world THEY say is "ideal" by living it.

What happens by seminars end, our group of budding pre-adults realize the benefit of thinking before they speak, thinking before they act, and that they DID create the list they envisioned, in mutual agreement on the first day of the seminar. They made their The Ideal World! They see their intelligence and power to change their world by changing themselves.

The Living with Integrity Lecture by Jessie ~ holding the attention of our teens, Jessie graphically details how to identify the feelings linked with living with integrity. She further explains how to identify the feelings associated when we are not. Jessie articulately describes what it feels like in the body when our actions are misaligned with our beliefs and values.
