ENCORE Quote

Saturday, April 11, 2009

A different perspective

Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain and most fools do.
- Benjamin Franklin

With CORE Seminars awareness training we walk away focusing on the blessings of Life. We realize that our words are powerful and that what we think about is what we talk about, what we talk about we do... this DOES create our Life.

My life is the result of the choices I make. Choose to make a difference in your Life!

CORE Seminars for Adults and Teens

We want youth to become less self-centered, to be loving and joyful---not the kind of joy you get with comfort, but unconditional love and unconditional joy.

In CORE Seminars, the environment created encourages and helps teens to fully flower into human beings. The full flowering of the human being is nothing but the flowering of the heart.

We are creating aware youth who are world citizens---who care for those around them, who are not concerned only with nationalism or one particular "group".

We need a world were there is respect and compassion, that is diverse, breaking down the boundaries of labels and segregation.

WELCOME TO SPRING!

"TODAY, I am filled with love, joy and gratitude. I plant the seeds of love, joy and gratitude in all that I do, knowing that the good life is expressed all around me, in me and through me."

I saw this quote and wanted to share it, below is the web link to give credit to it's source.

I love to do spring cleaning, clearing out the winter things and freshening up myself and my house. I don't have many tips for the latter, but for freshening up self I have many ideas.

CORE Seminars for Adult and Teens are a great way to clear out old, unsupported belief systems to make ready our hearts and minds for improved belief systems and thought processes that will improve the quality of Life.

Come join us this spring for good times in self awareness and personal development. Everyone I have talked to who has dedicated time to attend CORE is so grateful they did. Always someone says, "This was the best time of my life; I feel like a new person."

Thank you!

Two Wolves

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside all people. He said, 'My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all.

One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.'

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: 'Which wolf wins?'

The old Cherokee simply replied, 'The one you feed.'

Chiropractic Care

Hi everyone, I am moved by what I read from this website.

http://www.doctordilday.com/

Tell me what you think. I love all types of body work and I do know that it assists with awareness as a whole - Mind, Body, Spirit.

Another website from a dear friend and Massage Instructor of mine who has a practice in Mukilteo. She teaches all kinds of techniques of self-care. Very important element in achieving higher states of awareness. I love Abby dearly. :)

Please remember to incorporate exercise and body work into your spiritual practice, you will be so pleased with yourself! :)

Love,
